  • 400 g Copacol Tilapia Fillet

  • 3 cups ripe green grapes, halved (seedless grapes)

  • 150 g butter cut into cubes

  • 2 tahiti lemons

  • White pepper

  • 200 ml of brut sparkling wine

  • Fresh oregano to decorate.

  • 100g slivered almonds (toasted)

__ __ Preparation       mode

  1. Season the Copacol Tilapia Fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  2. In a refractory roast, place 75 g of butter, then the fillets and on top of them the sliced ​​grapes, add the rest of the butter and the sparkling wine.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven, decorate with almonds and oregano. Serve it hot.
