Season the Copacol Tilapia Fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

In a refractory roast, place 75 g of butter, then the fillets and on top of them the sliced ​​grapes, add the rest of the butter and the sparkling wine.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.

Remove from oven, decorate with almonds and oregano. Serve it hot.
