
Brisket Sandwich in Caesar Sauce
The caesar sauce is light and widely used in salads, pairs very well with chicken and greens.
In this sandwich, the main star are the Breast Fillets in Copacol Steaks, which are frozen 1 by 1 for easy use in recipes, and are already seasoned! The recipe also uses Sicilian lemon, which gives a citrus touch and makes everything tastier!

4 Breast Fillets in Seasoned Copacol Steaks

4 ciabatta breads

1 head of iceberg lettuce, washed and separated

¾ of mayonnaise (150 g)

1 lemon (zest of the rind and juice)

1 crushed garlic clove

1 cup (100 g) finely grated Parmesan cheese

Butter for greasing (at room temperature)

Salt and pepper to season
__ __ Preparation mode
for the sauce
In a small bowl, place the mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Mix everything together, season with ground pepper and set aside.
For the breads and fillets
Bring a skillet with a grill to heat over high heat.
Cut the ciabatta buns in half, butter both parts and grill them in the pan, set aside the buns.
Place the chicken fillets on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, without stirring, set aside.
Mounting
Spread some of the caesar sauce on the slices of bread, generously.
At the base of each bread, place tomato slices and on top of them the grilled chicken fillet.
Finally, some lettuce leaves.
Put the lid on the bread, serve immediately.
